Helen is a retired Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati. 

She is also retired as a Licensed Massage Therapist.  She has experience  with such services as Swedish massage, Mayan abdominal massage, pregnancy massage, lymphatic drainage and lymph massage, aromatherapy, energy therapies such as Healing Touch, Integrated Energy Therapy and Reiki.  Infant Massage classes were also offered.

Helen is a Certified Educator of Infant Massage through Infant Massage USA.

Helen is Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork by NCTMB, having graduated from Finger Lakes School of Massage in 1999.

She is Nationally Certified in Holistic Aromatherapy from the Finger Lakes School of Aromatherapy, Newfield, NY in 2004.

She became a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner in 2004, and she became a Master Instructor of Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) in 2006.  Helen is a second degree Usui Reiki practitioner as well.

Further advanced studies included Professional Level training in the Arvigo Techniques of Mayan Abdominal Massage.
