My desire to support our Veterans of Foreign Wars is what led me to learn Healing Touch (HT) techniques in 2008. I worked towards and became a Healing Touch Certified Practioner (HTCP) in 2012. I volunteered for several years at local Stand Down programs for homeless veterans as well as the local Veterans' Counseling Center. I continue to offer Healing Touch to patients at a local Hospice program, members of my community, family, and friends. My focus is on pain and stress reduction, pathways to a deep meditative state, and helping individuals dealing with end of life concerns.
