I am an energy medicine practitioner and instructor with over 23 years of experience.  I am also a Board Certified Holistic Nurse, and hospice and palliative nurse.  I have devoted my life to Healing Touch and Energy Medicine practices and to assisting others with their healing journey. Other Energy Medicine practices include John F Barnes Myofascial Release, Craniosacral, Integrative Reflexology, Acupressure, Aromatherapy, Sound Healing and Mindfulness Meditation.

I offer integrative sessions for all those who seek support in their own healing of body, mind and spirit.  I also teach Healing Touch classes throughout the year for those who desire an in-depth understanding and practice of healing work using energy-based concepts.  One of my greatest joys is to bring light to the world through teaching and sharing the gift of Healing Touch and other energy medicine modalities.
