Credentials
As a volunteer for hospice in West Chester, Pennsylvania I was exploring different ways to give comfort and peace to hospice clients and their families. I came across the Healing Touch program, and thought it was a perfect fit. I introduced and practiced Healing Touch in the hospice organization and became a Healing Touch Certified Practitioner in February 2014. When I retired from my full-time job, I began teaching as a consultant in the chemical engineering field, and discovered I love to teach groups and individuals.
In 2016, I moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico and decided to pursue becoming a Qualified Mentor. I became a Qualified Mentor in February 2020. We now have a small group of mentees that meet regularly to share, explore, and learn in Albuquerque. Mentees also meet with me on an individual basis, and I welcome long distance mentees. I believe the mentoring program enriches the personal growth and experience of becoming a Healing Touch Certified Practitioner, and would love to coach you through your journey.
I have my own private practice, and continue to volunteer. Currently, I am volunteering at a cancer center and at a hospice organization in Albuquerque.
My passion is to expand the practice of Healing Touch into hospice, senior communities, hospitals, and the general public so more individuals can receive Healing Touch benefits.
I live in Albuquerque NM. In addition to individual mentoring that can be done long distance, I also lead a growing mentoring group in Albuquerque. The group allows for mentees to share experiences and learn from each other. I love sharing and supporting from Level 4 through Level 5 to Certification.
