My journey in energy healing started many years ago. Over the years, in addition to getting certified in Healing Touch, I have received training in several other forms of energy based natural healing modalities including Metatronic Healing. Metatronic healing is a high vibrational healing that taps into the energy of the universe/angelic realm in the form of etheric energy transmissions. I have also received training in Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki. Reiki can be defined as a non-physical healing energy made up of life force energy that is guided by the Higher Intelligence, or spiritually guided life force energy. In addition, I studied shamanic healing, a holistic approach, which views everything to be interconnected and works with the spiritual dimension to help a client restore health and vitality, physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally. I am also certified by Yoga Alliance as an Experienced Yoga Teacher E-RYT and by the Kundalini Research Institute IKYTA. With over 500 hours of training in yogic technology, and philosophy I have had extensive training and practice with both the physical and subtle bodies. My intention, when facilitating an energy healing session is to hold as high a vibrational frequency as possible, the state of unconditional love, trusting that your body and spirit will know how to rebalance when reminded of your essential truth.
