Introduced to Healing Touch as a child, energetic healing modalities became an integral part of my life and that of my family. After life changing personal trauma and searching for ways to heal the debilitating physical, spiritual, mental and emotional effects I suffered, I was led to the deep healing posibile through Reiki. It was truely a transformative experience, when nothing else had worked, and I began pursuing formal training in both Reiki and Healing Touch. I am now a Healing Touch Certified Practitioner and hold Master's Certification in Tibetan Usui Reiki (CRM). My practice is informed by my background in aromatherapy, natural childbirth and lactation education, movement/dance, art and as a ceremonialist helping people craft meaningingful rituals and objects that acknowledge and honor significant life events and transitions. 

I work with people with a variety of needs including cancer support, anxiety, pain and injury-healing, berevement and those seeking deeper connection with themselves and with spirit.
