Dr. Linda Burrs is the President and Principal Consultant of the Step Up to Success home of Second Generation diversity training. Her consulting firm focuses on leadership and organizational strategies for leaders, teams, and individuals. For more than 25 years, Dr. Burrs has brought her rich dynamic approach to the corporate and professional training arena. The breadth of her experience crosses all walks of social and organizational life including law firms, health care, and financial organizations including educators, business professionals, leadership groups, and non-profit groups. 

Linda has been a Healing Touch Practitioner since August 2020. Her practice, Healing Touch Energy Therapy is located at 1615 South Alex Road in West Carrollton, OH 45449. Her healing touch practice focuses on adult women and men to educate, inform, and treat them for stress and high anxiety. My overarching goal is to help my clients help themselves heal. My intentions in my work with my clients are to be: egoless, client-focused, and always respectful.
