Beverly is a Healing Touch Certified Practitioner and a Retired US Army Community (Public Health) Nurse. Since retirement in 1999, she has been a School Nurse, Nurse Consultant for Child Development Services, and a Nurse Case Manager for the Wounded Warrior Support Center. In addition, she has been a volunteer for Hospice patients in their home and in the residence.
She provides Healing Touch sessions in clients homes in person as well as Distance Sessions. She also offers an Introduction to Healing Touch class which focuses on self care for one’s optimal health – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
Because of her years in the military and extensive travels, Beverly brings an unique experience to Healing Touch which encompasses all ages, multiple cultures, many ethnic groups and diverse economic status as well as various stages of health and wellness.
Beverly received a Bachelors in Nursing from Downstate Medical Center, Brooklyn, NY in 1982 and a Masters in Community Health Nursing from the University of Texas Health Science Center, San Antonio, TX in 1989.
