Kathy Higgins earned her BA degree in Communication from USM and worked in that field for most of her career. She became a Reiki Master in 2018 and has expanded her education to include the Healing Touch curriculum. Through Healing Touch energy work, Kathy helps clients to relax, manage pain and heal from a wide variety of physical and emotional issues. She is a Certified Practitioner and member of the Healing Touch Professional Association. Kathy conducts inperson sessions from Brunswick Massage & Wellness in Brunswick, Maine and provides fully remote sessions by appointment. She also conducts workshops and corporate wellness programs upon request.
