Brenda Fister's lifelong interest in holism has led her to integrate the holistic modalities of Healing Touch Energy Therapy, and nutrition counseling, guided imagery, and heart-centered caring. She recognizes the importance of involving the mind, body, and spirit to bring about maximum healing. Teaching people strategies to relieve stress is a mission motivated by her philosophy to empower individuals to engage in self care practices that enhance their own healing capacities. She has studied with a leading expert in the field of stress management, Dr. Brian Luke Seaward. She is a Healing Touch Certified Practitioner (HTCP), and a Certified Food and Spirit Practitioner (CFSP) and Wellness Coach.

Brenda started mentoring Healing Touch students in Nov, 2015 after having several years of experience being a reader for the Level 5 homework packets. She is a Qualified Mentor.
