The American Holistic Nurses Association (AHNA) certified Ann in Healing Touch in 1996. She became board certified in Holistic Nursing in 2002.  She is a charter member of Healing Touch Professional Association, HTPA, and served on the Healing Touch Worldwide Foundation, HTWF, Board for four years.  She has been a frequent presenter at Healing Touch Worldwide and Regional conferences on a variety of topics related to energy healing, self care and health promotion.  Ann has studied extensively with many well known energy healers and wellness practitioners some of whom are:  Dee Krieger, founder of Therapeutic Touch and Dora Kuntz, author and cofounder of Therapeutic Touch. Janet Mentgen R.N., founder of the Healing Touch Program, was Ann’s instructor for all Healing Touch Levels 1 through 6.  She has also studied with international qigong master, Chunyi Lin for twenty-five years. 

Ann received her diploma in pastoral care through Unity School of Christianity in 2000 and soon after became licensed (LUT) to counsel those in need of spiritual care and atonement. She is also a graduate of Dr. Linda Bark's Wisdom of the Whole Coaching Academy.  

Ann's sharing of indigenous shamanic practices andunderstanding of metaphysics helps people from any religious tradition integrate universal and natural laws and their practical application into everyday life.
