I am a Healing Touch Certified Practitioner, Self-Care Coach, Certified Labyrinth Facilitator, and Training Coordinator for the Healing Partners of the Central Coast.

I work together with my clients to design a heart centered step-by-step program specific to their journey of healing and well-being. My specialties include:
