I offer Healing Touch, Intuitive Readings, iRest Yoga Nidra, and Accessible Yoga. I specialize in helping others recognize their strengths, work with grief/loss and spiritual care. My experience includes facilitating bereavement support groups and doing Healing Touch for hospice patients, as well as teaching yoga to older students.
