I have been an RN for 40+ years and an integrative therapies practitioner for over a decade. I resolved my own chronic pain and stress with integrative medicine (holistic therapies plus conventional medicine). I left conventional hospital work in 2011 in order to devote all my energy to my private practice and teaching.  I understand the importance of addressing the mind, body and spirit for healing. My passion is two-fold: 1) Assisting individuals to reduce physical, mental and emotional pain using a toolbox of holistic therapies. 2) Bring integrative medicine into all types of healthcare facilities and private homes by teaching health professionals, caregivers and lay people Healing Touch, guided imagery and aromatherapy.

I enjoy teaching and mentoring students individually and in groups to help them discover their inner wisdom, strengths and expand their healing potential on their journey to becoming HTP or HTCP.

I have worked with clients across the US and Europe. I have taught HT classes at many facilities including UCSF, Mission Hospice, and Kaiser.

In addition to being a healing touch certified practitioner/instructor and a qualified mentor, I am also a certified clinical aromatherapist and certified in guided imagery.

When I am not working, I love spending time with my family, being out in nature, listening to music and traveling.
