My desire to support our Veterans of Foreign Wars is what led me to learn Healing Touch (HT) techniques in 2008. I worked towards and became a HT Certified Practioner (HTCP) in 2012. Along my HT journey, I was instrumental in organizing the Healing Touch Network of the East Bay which grew from 8 members in 2009 to nearly 100 members today. After becoming certified, I introduced HT to the director of the Integrative Pain Management Team at a local community hospital where I work, and now coordinate a group of HT volunteers in that facility. Having recently completed the HT Mentorship Training program, I am now looking forward to supporting others in their quest to becoming Healing Touch Certified Practitioners.
