I first experienced Healing Touch as a catalyst for my own recovery from chronic conditions, and it led me to become passionate about learning and sharing it with others.

My philosophy of healing is that your own inner healer is the guiding force for your recovery and wellbeing. I partner with you to help your body, mind, and spirit come into their natural state of energetic balance and to encourage your capacity for self-healing. Using a compassionate, trauma-informed approach, I support those who may be experiencing physical or mental health challenges, or unresolved trauma come into alignment with their authentic self. It would be an honor to be present with you as you uncover a sense of deeper peace and wholeness within you.

I’m a Healing Touch Certified Practitioner with a Master of Arts degree in Holistic Health Studies from St. Catherine University. Although graduate level coursework and research in Energy Healing have broadened and deepened my understanding of the practice, I have found the greatest teachers to be my clients and the energy itself.

I offer individual Healing Touch sessions and small group classes to learn and practice energy healing techniques for self-care. Locations include:
